Bloop（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先します。本ポリシーは、本アプリがユーザーの情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。

1. 取得・収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者のいかなる個人情報・行動ログ・利用統計も収集しません。

  • アカウント登録は不要です。
  • 利用者識別子（IDFA、IDFV など）は使用しません。
  • 第三者の解析 SDK（Google Analytics、Firebase、Mixpanel、Sentry 等）は組み込んでいません。
  • アプリ内エラーログを外部送信することはありません。

2. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス

本アプリは、iOS の PhotoKit API を介して、ユーザーの写真ライブラリにアクセスします。

  • 写真の 閲覧・お気に入り設定・削除 のみを行います。
  • 写真データは端末から外部へ送信されません。 クラウドへのアップロード、第三者への共有、解析サーバへの送信は一切行いません。
  • すべての処理は、ユーザーの iPhone 上で完結します。

「フルアクセス」または「制限付きアクセス」のいずれかをユーザーが選択でき、いつでも iOS の「設定」アプリから変更可能です。

3. 課金（In-App Purchase）

本アプリの「Bloop Pro」の購入には、Apple の StoreKit 2 を利用します。

  • 購入手続きと決済は Apple のサーバ（Apple ID）と直接行われます。Bloop は決済情報・クレジットカード情報を一切受け取りません。
  • 購入の検証もオンデバイスで完結します。Bloop 独自のサーバは存在しません。

4. データの保存

本アプリは、以下のデータをユーザーの端末内（SwiftData）にのみ保存します：

  • 月ごとの仕分け進捗（処理済み枚数、最後に処理した写真の識別子）
  • 削除候補の一時リスト
  • 通算統計（仕分け枚数、削除枚数、解放容量、連続記録日数）
  • 課金状態（Pro 購入済みかどうか）

これらは端末内に保管され、外部に送信されません。アプリをアンインストールするとすべて削除されます。

5. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリは、13 歳未満の子供を対象とした機能を提供しておらず、子供から個人情報を取得することもありません。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

Bloop (the “App”) prioritizes your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information, behavior logs, or usage analytics.

  • No account registration is required.
  • No advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) are used.
  • No third-party analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.) are integrated.
  • In-app error logs are not transmitted externally.

2. Photo Library Access

The App accesses your photo library through Apple’s PhotoKit API.

  • The App only views, favorites, and deletes photos.
  • Your photo data never leaves your device. No cloud uploads, no third-party sharing, no transmission to analytics servers.
  • All processing happens locally on your iPhone.

You can choose between “Full Access” or “Limited Access” and change this anytime in the iOS Settings app.

3. In-App Purchases

The “Bloop Pro” purchase uses Apple’s StoreKit 2.

  • Purchase and payment are handled directly between you and Apple. Bloop never receives payment or card information.
  • Purchase verification is performed on-device. Bloop has no proprietary server.

4. Local Data

The App stores the following on your device only (via SwiftData):

  • Per-month sorting progress (processed count, last processed asset id)
  • Temporary delete-candidate list
  • Cumulative stats (sorted, deleted, bytes freed, streak days)
  • Purchase state (whether Pro is unlocked)

This data is kept on-device and is not transmitted. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not target children under 13 and does not collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
