本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Bloop（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. ライセンス

本アプリはユーザーに対し、本アプリを iOS デバイスにインストールし、個人的・非商用目的で利用する非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを付与します。

2. 課金（In-App Purchase）

  • 本アプリは無料でダウンロードできます。
  • 「Bloop Pro」は買い切り型の追加機能解放（Non-Consumable）です。一度購入すれば、同じ Apple ID で利用するすべてのデバイスで利用できます。
  • サブスクリプション（自動更新課金）ではありません。月額・年額の自動課金は一切発生しません。

3. 返金

返金は Apple App Store の返金ポリシーに従います。返金リクエストは Apple のサポートページ（reportaproblem.apple.com）から行ってください。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

  • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
  • 本アプリの一部または全部の複製、改変、配布、再販
  • 本アプリを違法・有害な目的で使用すること

5. 写真の取り扱い

  • 本アプリは PhotoKit を介してユーザーの写真ライブラリにアクセスし、削除を含む変更を行います。
  • ユーザーが「すべて削除」ボタンを押すまで、写真はユーザーのライブラリから削除されません。
  • 削除後の写真は iOS の「最近削除した項目」アルバムに 30 日間保持されるため、誤削除に気づいた場合はそこから復元できます。
  • 本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に行った削除操作の結果について責任を負いません。

6. 免責事項

  • 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。明示的・黙示的を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
  • 本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
  • iOS のアップデート、PhotoKit の仕様変更等により、本アプリの機能が一時的または恒久的に利用できなくなる場合があります。

7. 規約の変更

本規約を変更した場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。重大な変更の場合は、アプリ内通知またはサポート経由でお知らせします。

8. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bloop (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

The App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. In-App Purchases

  • The App is free to download.
  • “Bloop Pro” is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase. Once purchased, it works across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • This is not a subscription. There are no recurring monthly or annual charges.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store policy. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App in whole or part.
  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Photo Handling

  • The App accesses your photo library through PhotoKit and may modify it (including deletion).
  • No photos are deleted from your library until you explicitly tap “Delete All”.
  • Deleted photos are kept in iOS’s “Recently Deleted” album for 30 days; you can restore from there if you change your mind.
  • The developer is not responsible for the consequences of deletion operations explicitly initiated by you.

6. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  • The developer disclaims all liability arising from your use of the App.
  • iOS updates, PhotoKit changes, or other Apple platform changes may temporarily or permanently affect the App’s functionality.

7. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date will be revised. For material changes, we will notify users via in-app messaging or support channels.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
